Hey everyone, I wanted to talk about our help center today and give you a brief overview. The help center is there for you to file a dispute, report a bug, and really just to contact us about anything… let’s dive into it!
File a Dispute
If there is ever a dispute between you and a Solver, or vice-versa, just file a dispute with us and we will make sure to solve your dispute the way we see the best fit!
Look, our main priority is you, and if you’re having issues with another issue on the app, we want to help solve that issue in the best way possible, so please don’t hesitate and just file a dispute.
For now, it’ll be through email, but in the future, we will have a live chat with a representative of Solvr, available to solve your dispute as soon as possible.
Report a Bug
Apps have loads of bugs, some of them are small and some of them are quite massive.
If you ever have a bug, where you can’t press a certain button, or you can’t exit out of a specific screen, or whatever it may be, please let us know!
Our goal is, and always will be to make our platform as easy and seamless to use as possible. Every reported bug helps us create a better product for you, so just let us know whenever you have one!
